Walsh / Chief Executive Officer
A renowned fitness diva and author, Walsh is one of New York's most
sought after aerobics instructors and personal trainers. With more
than 15 years experience as a personal trainer, Walsh is widely
recognized for her dynamic personality and seemingly endless supply
of energy she brings to the floor. Her experience includes; host
of ESPN 2's Crunch Fitness, star of the Washboard Abs video, FITNESS
Magazine's advisory board member, and she recently added author
to her resume with the publication of her first book, DIVA: The
Fitness System To Unleash Your Female Power. With clients like Mandy
Patinkin, Edgar Bronfman Sr., Norma Kamali, and Lori Singer, Walsh
has worked out the best of them. This fitness powerhouse has also
received numerous awards including a Gold Medal/Mixed Pairs Division

Barneson / President
With more than 15 years experience in the fitness industry, Barneson
has established a reputation for his sheer joy of movement. This
energy and enthusiasm comes across in everything he does and it
is a driving force at Revolution Studio. "I am fortunate to have
two fantastic partners who share a common vision and a desire to
empower the individual through exercise, " he says. "It feels good
to get back to basics." Barneson's experience is significant and
he has worked with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Christie Brinkley and
Mary Hart. His dedication to children resulted in the creation of
"Physical Education is Essential," a volunteer driven fitness program
for New York City youth for which he received a Human Dignity Award.
Ken
Moody / Vice President
International fashion model and Robert Mapplethorpe icon, Moody
provides a focus for each student because he never loses sight of
the individual needs of those in his "Strength and Alignment" class.
A classically trained ice skater, Moody developed the concept of
his class 17 years ago when he worked under noted exercise physiologist
and Alexander Technique instructor Denis Kocjan. Under Kocjans'
direction, he learned how to apply alignment directions to strengtth
and stretch classes, as well as weight training, which he has taught
at many of New Yorks' finest exercise facilities.
